0:14Tinnitus was never so pleasant:
In a great deal of fucking pain: toothache. Fuck! I've got no sense of humor about this right now.
Ibuprofen 600 mg. Gulp. Work. work. work. work work work work work.
While I'm waiting: The best programs are made, thrown away, made again, thrown away, and so on. The quality stems from the experience and knowledge of what needs to go into the finished program. I think people do this with their personalities, too. They make themselves, altering and patching up their identities until they realize that what they want to be can't be built on top of what they already are. The identity is stripped away and remade from base. I think I've been doing this.

Work already!
Pain started while watching "Pi" for the second time. Can really sympathize.
Got to remember that pain itself does not damage me. It is my body negotiating. I don't want to hear it, body.
WORK!
