  Wow, time as a palindrome

I'm staying up late finishing up database using code. I never stayed up this late working for places I hated. I honestly want my department to be considered good to work with. Wouldn't you much rather seem like a high-end system than some sort of jury-rigged spatulator? Yep. Less like a rusty carpet razor and more like one of those spooky, you-can-drop-it-through-your-hand diamond knives.

I guess it's almost breakfast, so I'm gonna eat now. I need a big wall clock; I'm always having to wiggle the mouse to disable the screen saver so I can look at the windows clock after I've stood up to do something.

Brian called me to say that it was fun hanging out during all that passport biz and he wants to get everyone in the band together to do leisure time stuff. This sounds like a good idea, it seems like all we ever talk about is work (band) these days, and never get together for anything else. Brandon disappears into work and his subterranean concrete-walled room. Kris wanders off after work to get drunk with his co-workers until 2 am. Brian tries to sleep whenever possible. And of course, I'm always submerged in work, or in a different state or country. I guess it's been months and months since I've actually hung out with my friends (I usually leave right after band practice to resume work).

I got my expenses recovered this paycheck, so I can get a desk. Why do I need a desk? This is why.

[WHATS ON THE FLOOR NOW]
All this is on the floor.

Don't I already have a desk?

[WHAT FITS ON MY DESK]
Yeeeeees.

So get a desk already, andr00. The reason I haven't is that I'm enjoying have a bank account and I hesitate to spend it. I just want to see the numbers go really high. Also, I don't know how much my guitar repairs are going to cost. Cringe.
