If you translate the things that they say, they end up meaning stuff like "Our plan to make more money is to sell things to people." or "If we notice a problem, we should fix it." High wisdom. But they make it sound really important. That is the power of Beauru-prattle.
More new people at work! We've got Jake and JJ. JJ was co-owner of a coffee shop called "The habit". Jake is actually a temporary worker, but he'll probably be with us for a while (unless he runs screaming from the job like Chris Emberg did after one week). We'll hopefully have something like 15 or 20 techs to man phones. Then we could have 24 hour service. And even out the work load.
